What are your delivery options?
We offer courier delivery for both standard and express options. Self pickup is also available where possible; you may arrange this at your convenience during checkout.

When will I get my order?
Online orders are usually packed and ready to ship within 1-2 working days. For self pickup orders, same-day availability is possible.

How should I store my chocolates?
Our bonbons will stay fresh in the fridge for 2-3 weeks. (For tips on preserving them for a longer period, click here for more information.)
Keep in mind, the chocolates might lose some shine when you take them out of the fridge. That’s because the quick temperature change can cause condensation on the surface.
For the best experience, allow the chocolate to reach room temperature before consuming to bring back the shine and experience the full texture. Though, some (like my husband) love eating them straight from the fridge! To avoid any fridge odours, seal the box inside a ziplock bag.
When transporting, keep them in a cool, air-conditioned space or use a cooler bag with an ice pack to prevent melting.
Do you have gluten-free/nut-free/vegan chocolates?
Yes, we do! You can find specific dietary information in the product descriptions or refer to this page here. Additionally, allergen details are provided on the menu card inside each box to assist you in making informed choices.
However, be aware that our chocolates may contain traces of nuts. While we strive to prevent cross-contamination, please note that our products are made in a facility that processes nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten.
What do you use to colour the chocolates?
We decorate our bonbons with coloured cocoa butter, using tools like sponges, paint brushes, and an airbrush gun to achieve different effects. This creates a delicate layer of cocoa butter on the surface of each bonbon, It's so thin that it won’t change the flavour inside!
