All chocolate orders are shipped with a cooler bag and ice pack to maintain temperature. We deliver within Singapore from Monday to Sunday.

Delivery Options:

• Courier Delivery: Orders are delivered within 1-2 days after processing.
• Self Pickup: Same-day pickup is available after 8 a.m., subject to availability.

Order Processing: Orders placed before 3 p.m. will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will be processed the following day.

Unsuccessful Deliveries:  If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, it will be marked as failed, and re-delivery or self-pickup will be arranged for the next day (subject to additional charges).

For food safety reasons, we strongly advise against leaving temperature-sensitive chocolates unattended, as they require refrigeration at all times. If you choose to have them left without someone to receive them, we cannot be held responsible for their condition.

Delivery Changes: Please inform us at least 1 day in advance for any changes to delivery details. Changes on the day of delivery will incur additional charges.

Courier Delivery Fees:

• Standard Delivery: $15 for orders below $50, free for orders $50 and above.
• Specific Time Delivery: $20 for a 3-hour window delivery with a third-party service.

Additional Charges:

• $10 for delivery changes made on the delivery date.
• $15 for redeliveries.
